Every purchase on Vault & Value is covered. If something goes wrong, we make it right.

Item Not as Described

If the card arrives in significantly worse condition than described — wrong variant, undisclosed damage, wrong card entirely — you're covered for a full refund.

7-Day Payment Hold

We hold seller payouts for 7 days after you confirm delivery. This gives us time to resolve any issues before the seller is paid.

Item Not Received

If your card never arrives and tracking shows no delivery, we'll open a dispute and issue a full refund once the investigation is complete.

Direct Communication

Message your seller directly through the platform before escalating. Most issues resolve quickly with a quick conversation.

How Disputes Work

Message the seller

Use the Messages feature on your order page to describe the issue. Sellers have 48 hours to respond.

Open a dispute

If the seller doesn't respond or you can't reach an agreement, click "Open Dispute" on your order page. You have 3 days from delivery confirmation to file.

Our team reviews

We review photos, tracking info, and messages. Resolution typically takes 2–5 business days.

Resolution

We issue a refund, partial refund, or close the dispute in the seller's favor depending on the evidence.

What\'s Not Covered

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Condition issues clearly disclosed in the listing description
  • Disputes filed more than 3 days after delivery confirmation
  • Cards damaged after delivery confirmation
