Buying

How do I buy a card?
Browse listings, click on a card you like, and hit "Buy Now" or make an offer. Payment is processed via Stripe and held in escrow until you confirm delivery.
Is my payment protected?
Yes. Every purchase is covered by Vault & Value Buyer Protection. Your payment is held securely in escrow — you only release funds after confirming your card arrived as described.
What if my card isn't as described?
Open a dispute from your order page within 7 days of delivery confirmation. Our team reviews all disputes and issues refunds when warranted.
Can I make an offer below the listed price?
Yes. On any fixed-price listing, click "Make Offer" to send the seller a custom amount. Offers expire after 48 hours.

Selling

How do I list a card?
Go to "Sell a Card" from the navigation. Fill in the card details, condition, price, and photos. Your listing goes live immediately (or at a scheduled time).
How much does Vault & Value charge?
We charge a 10% platform fee on each sale. There are no listing fees — you only pay when you sell.
When do I get paid?
After the buyer confirms delivery, your payout is released to your connected Stripe account after a 7-day hold period. Funds typically appear in 2–3 business days.
How do I connect my bank account for payouts?
Go to Dashboard → Payouts and click "Set Up Payouts" to connect your bank via Stripe. This is required before your first payout can be released.

Shipping

Who handles shipping?
Sellers are responsible for packaging and shipping. We strongly recommend top loaders, team bags, and padded mailers. See our Shipping Guidelines for details.
How do I add tracking?
From your order dashboard, click the order and enter your tracking number and carrier. The buyer will be notified automatically.
What happens if the card is lost in transit?
Open a dispute and provide the tracking information. Our team will investigate and work with you toward a resolution.

Account

How do I reset my password?
Go to the sign-in page and click "Forgot password?" Enter your email and we'll send a reset link valid for 1 hour.
Can I use vacation mode?
Yes. Enable Vacation Mode in your account settings to temporarily hide your listings without deleting them.
How do reviews work?
After a completed order, both the buyer and seller can leave a public review. Reviews build trust and affect your seller rating.
