We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:

• With other users: Your display name and listing details are visible to buyers and sellers. Shipping addresses are shared only when a transaction completes.
• With service providers: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Cloudflare R2 (image storage), and our infrastructure providers.
• For legal reasons: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Transaction records are retained for at least 7 years for legal and tax compliance. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support.

5. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, encrypted at rest) to protect your data. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We never store full payment card numbers — all payment processing is handled by Stripe.
